Who we are

This website belongs to Drywall Ninja, a drywall repair and bathroom vanity installation business run by Cesar O. Ocampo Flores in Ojai, California. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Drywall Ninja.

What information we collect

This website does not have accounts, forms that store your data, analytics or advertising trackers. We only receive the information you choose to send us when you contact us:

• WhatsApp or text messages: your name, phone number, the photos you send and the details of the job (for example your city or the address where the work would be done).
• Phone calls: your phone number and what you tell us during the call.
• Website chat: the messages you write in the chat window on this site and any contact details you include in them.

How we use it

Only to answer your questions, prepare an estimate, schedule and carry out the work you ask for, and follow up on that job. We do not use your information for advertising and we do not send newsletters.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. Your information is handled by the service providers that make this website and its chat work (website hosting and the chat service), only to provide those services to us. WhatsApp messages are delivered through WhatsApp, which processes them under its own privacy policy. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and photos while we are talking about or doing your job, and afterwards for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up questions about our work or our records, unless you ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. California residents may have additional rights under California law. To make a request, text or call us at (805) 799-6317. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Do Not Track

This website does not track visitors across other websites, so browser "Do Not Track" signals do not change how it works.

Children

This website is meant for homeowners and property managers. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Cookies

This website only uses the technical storage needed for the website chat. See the cookie policy.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page with a new date at the top.
